Infant / Toddler Swimming

Age group: 6-36 Months

This program boosts self-esteem, independence, and provides reassurance to the parents of water awareness. 

  • Water Familiarisation: Enjoy boding with your little one through repetitive rhymes and fun activities
  • Parental Involvement: A parent, grandparent or authorised adult must accompany the infant the water
  • Safety Skills: Teach basic life-saving skills and safe submersions to enhance spatial awareness underwater

Group Learning: Develop fundamental swimming and safety skills in a group environment.

Learn-To-Swim

Age group: 3-10 years

This program promotes water awareness, confidence, achievement, and social skills development.

  • Foundational Skills: Swimmers begin learning essential water safety & swimming skills independently.
  • Water Orientation: Techniques include “fall in, turn around, and catch the side,” front and back float with a regaining standing position, and swimming from point A to point B.
  • Stroke Introduction: Learn all swimming strokes with a gentle & encouraging approach
  • Individual Attention: Address each swimmer’s unique needs for a personalised learning experience. 

Stroke Development

For Advanced Swimmers 

  • Advanced Techniques: Learn all four strokes, starts, and turns.
  • Non-Competitive Options: Suitable for those who enjoy swimming and wish to maintain it as a lifelong activity

Aqua Fitness

Aqua classes, also known as aquatic fitness or water aerobics are excise classes conduction in a pool, typically in shallow or deep water. These classes leverage the natural resistance and buoyancy of water to create a low impact by highlight effective workout.

 The offer a fun, social and effective way to improve overall fitness and well-being, making them a great addition to an exercise routine. 

Types of Aqua Classes:

  • Aqua Aerobics: Classes focus on cardiovascular exercises performed in the water, and often include activities like water jogging, jumping jacks, and dance movements.
  • Aqua Strength Training: Classes use water resistance and sometimes aquatic equipment like water dumbbells and resistance bands to build muscles strength.  

What to expect in our Aqua Classes:

  • Warm-up: Gentle movements to get the body ready for exercise.
  • Cardio: Higher-intensity aerobics activities to increase the heart rate.
  • Strength Training: Exercises that use water resistance to build muscle.
